One small cookie for site function, plus a little local storage. Our analytics set no cookies, and there's nothing for advertising.

The cookie we set

cookie_consent
Essential. Records whether you accepted all cookies or essential only, so the banner doesn't keep asking. Set when you choose on the cookie banner. Lasts six months.

That's the only cookie we set ourselves. (Your language is part of the web address — e.g. /sv — not a cookie.)

Other things stored on your device

These aren't cookies and are never sent to a server — they stay in your browser:

sht-booking-draft
Session storage. Keeps what you've typed in the booking form so you don't lose it if you navigate away. Cleared when you submit or close the tab.
sht-coop-shown
Local storage. Counts how many times you've seen the map's "use ctrl + scroll to zoom" hint, so it stops appearing once you've learned the gesture.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to count page views. It's privacy-friendly, sets no cookies, and doesn't track you across other sites.

YouTube embeds

The homepage can embed short videos from our channel via youtube-nocookie.com. If you chose Accept all on the banner, those load and YouTube may set its own cookies when you press play. If you chose Essential only, we show thumbnails (served from our own server) and nothing loads from YouTube until you click through.

Your choice

Essential cookies don't need consent. The YouTube embeds load only with your consent. To change your choice, clear the cookie_consent cookie in your browser's site-data settings and reload — the banner reappears. See our privacy policy for who we are and your rights.
